SOME ENGAGEMENT ADVICE THAT IS DIRECTIONALLY RIGHT-HEADED

While the title of a recent article in The Huffington Post is a bit on the hyperbolic side—An Employee Engagement Strategy That Guarantees Success—the article’s content is eminently reasonable.  If nothing else, it does God’s work by correctly identifying the locus of engagement as being in employees’ heads and hearts rather than on leaders’ to-do lists.
