Part 1 of a Case Study in How to Create Higher Levels of Employee Engagement

One of the consulting assignments of which I am the most proud was work several colleagues and I did at National Grange Mutual, a medium-sized property/casualty insurance company.  Without knowing it at the time—or at least without calling it that—we actually helped the company’s CEO and executive team drive higher levels of engagement throughout the company’s employee population.
