An Outside-Of-The-Box Look at How NOT to Achieve Higher Levels of Engagement

It was somewhere around the turn of the millennium that I wrote an article titled Quality Day at the Guasparis’.   The specific topic at hand was Total Quality Management—TQM—and the point of the article was to poke some gentle(?) fun at how some people went about gaining buy-in to TQM.
